Aluminum extrusions in the form of trim, joiners, aluminum caps, and extruded aluminum profile shapes can be furnished deburred, drilled, or machined.

 Extruded aluminum  profiles include a wide range of sizes from multiple Asian plants in 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6351, and 6463 aluminum.  Secondary operations include cutting and deburring, milling, drilling, machining, stamping, assembly, painting, powder coating, and anodizing.  Finishes include bright dip, satin finishes, black, gold, and stainless.      

 Other services include special packaging to protect "appearance" surfaces.  We can help design your extruded profile, fabricate it to your specifications, and warehouse it, if necessary, for JIT delivery.  
 
 Typical clients for our low-cost aluminum extrusions include electronics, lighting, recreational vehicles, office furniture and partitions, automotive, construction, sporting goods, and telecommunication industries.
                                                                                                                                    
 We are constantly approving and qualifying new vendors, and thus cannot give an equipment list.  High-end aluminum extruders in China and India offer a full range of alloys, secondary operations, and finishing options.  These include painting, bright-dipping, powder coating, and anodizing.
