Closed Die Forgings

We offer steel and stainless steel forgings, made by closed-die method, with low tooling costs and low prices. We have shipped good parts, on-time, since 1999.

Forgings are used in aerospace, auto, railway, and oil equipment industries due to the greater strength of it's refined grain structure, as well as it's machinability, and it's low porosity, compared to castings. Our forgings are made by closed-die, upset, open-die or impression die forging. Our lower tooling cost makes forging the best choice even at quantities which would not be justified domestically.

We offer every imaginable secondary operation, including machining, plating, painting, powder coating, drilling, welding, or otherwise fabricating.
