Hybrid Marketing; why you would import parts like you make |
Aluminum: From simple to complex profiles, we offer all aluminum grades including 6061-T6 and 6063-T5 with burr-free cutoffs, anodizing, painting and a range of secondary
operations. Special packaging is available for those critical appearance parts.
Cast steel, gray iron, and ductile iron:
Services include heat treatment, pattern- making, painting, and finish machining. Our electric and induction furnaces produce
castings of any size in all alloys, including as-cast and austempered ductile iron (ADI) and manganese steel. Processes include sand cast, investment cast, centrifugal cast, and permanent mold cast products.
CNC machining:
From tiny machined parts to large generator shafts, we offer CNC machining and turning, and every kind of milling, drilling, hobbing, and broaching. Buy your
castings or forgings proof machined or finished for greatest savings!
Forgings in all sizes and all metals: We offer custom forgings and fittings in carbon and stainless steel. Capabilities include closed die forgings to 1000 pounds, upset
forgings to 7 1/2 inch shaft diameter, and precision forgings 120 pounds. We make open die forgings up to 5 tons. Other metals processed include aluminum, copper, beryllium, and super alloys.
See us for your forged flanges and other forging requirements!
Investment castings:
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper. Achieve 90% of finished part dimensions with our close tolerance, low cost tooling process.
Complex shapes, undercuts, weight reduction, and fine RMS finishes are normal in our investment cast products. .
Railroad parts: We have used our broad range of capabilities to produce machined
yoke pins, fabricated follower blocks, rolled and machined vertical wear liners, upset forged knuckle pins, open die forges draft keys, investment cast coupler carrier wear
plates, and stamped brake shoe keys. How can we help YOU to improve or broaden your product line?
Reverse engineering: Our overseas offices can make drawings from samples, and
investigate which manufacturing method would give you the lowest total cost. We can put you into a new product faster than anyone!
Rolled rings in steel:
We offer rolled rings up to 10 ft. in diameter, blanks to 48 inches diameter, and flanges from 1/2 inch to 80 inches nominal bore for bearings, wheels, and motors.
Screw machine parts: In brass, bronze, aluminum, steel or stainless steel, our
overseas plants make a wide range of screws, bolts, and custom screw machine parts and assemblies.
Stampings: From super thin beryllium copper terminals to tricky spring steels to
heavy steel stampings, our Asian factories offer a full range of capabilities. Every type of heat treating, carburizing, plating, painting, or powdercoating is also available. Labor
intensive stamped assemblies offer even greater savings. Stamped materials include brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, spring steel, aluminum, copper, beryllium copper,
and bronze in stamping, progressive die stamping or four-slide stamping.
Steel wheels:
Steel, stainless steel, or aluminum wheels may be forged, cast, or fabricated, and furnished with any level of finished machining. .From tiny screw machined
wheels, to very large rolled rings, Oxford offers the full range of production wheels. Please specify any painting, plating, or bearing requirements.
Hybrid Marketing: Are overseas suppliers cutting into your market? Read how you
can turn them from adversaries to partners, and offer your customers more than they ever could alone!.
